This is a pro-bono position that I still hold for a very small start up. Our project is still under NDA and development has slowed (it's a side project for a handful of designers, artists and programmers). I have been working with them via telecommunication since Fall of 2008.
I also have worked on several other student projects while I was in college, giving me a lot of good firsthand experience at working with a team on one project with a very specific direction and deadline.
